Unison Built were engaged by Merton Lawyers to design and construct their new offices on Glenferrie Rd Hawthorn. The works involved the transformation of an existing two storey heritage building into a new specialised corporate office space. Works involved demolition of existing retail, new structure including fit-out of reception, boardroom, bathrooms, and offices over two levels for 40 staff members, essential services, and external car parking. The build was commenced over the busy Christmas period and completed within the 8-week deadline.
