Unison Built were engaged to complete fit-out works to an existing shell space within 11 storey tower, The Nest. The scope of works included the provision of new hydraulic underslung pipework, mechanical, electrical, and fire systems to supply a new commercial kitchen and front of house dining areas.

This project showcases coved Venetian plastering, architectural timber screens along with steel framed arched windows, terrazzo flooring, and marble benchtops which create a high-end luxury finish for the client.
